MEET ME

Food and fitness have always been an important part of my life. Most of my free time is either spent in the kitchen trying out new recipes, or being active outdoors, enjoying nature as much as possible!

In my early twenties I started to experience a lot of stomach discomfort. It got to the the point where anytime I ate, I would either look like I was 9 months pregnant, or have to sprint to the bathroom. I started to investigate. With the help of my naturopath, I found that I had many food sensitivities that were the root cause of all my tummy troubles. Utilizing a multi‐pronged approach involving organic, natural foods, fitness, and educating myself on my “trigger” foods, I started to feel like myself again! This was such a relief because for so long, I would never know how my body would react to certain foods, regardless if they were super healthy or not. I am a prime example of how powerful and important food is. We are what we eat, our body is our temple so why not feed it the most amazingly nutritious food this world has to offer!

I am truly passionate about food and health. A healthy lifestyle isn’t just about what you eat, its about all the aspects of your life. Do you enjoy your career? Have loving relationships with family and friends? Get outdoors and breath in fresh air? My holistic approach to health covers all these important parts of our life.

Its all about balance.

Let me be your guide to a happier, healthier YOU.
